Job description

About Campfire

Campfire is a next-gen core accounting platform built for modern mid-market finance teams. We're building the future of ERP by replacing outdated systems and manual accounting processes with an AI-native platform that helps finance teams move faster and operate more efficiently.

About the role

You'll design and run Campfire's integrated campaigns and account-based programs: the coordinated plays across paid, email, web, content, events and sales outreach that move target accounts from unaware to pipeline. You'll own the campaign calendar, the target account program with Sales, and the reporting that shows which plays work.

What you'll do
  • Build and run the integrated campaign calendar: quarterly themes, launches and always-on programs, each with a clear audience, offer, channel plan and pipeline target.

  • Own the ABM program end to end: target account selection and tiering with Sales, 1:1, 1:few and 1:many plays, account-level personalization, and orchestration between marketing touches and SDR/AE outreach.

  • Execute in the marketing automation platform with Marketing Ops: nurtures, workflows, segmentation, landing pages and forms.

  • Partner with Paid Media on account-targeted advertising and retargeting, with Field and Partner Marketing on event and co-marketing tie-ins, and with Product Marketing on messaging and offers.

  • Operate the intent and ABM platform, turn account signals into SDR and AE actions, and run a weekly account review with Sales.

  • Own campaign reporting: engagement, account progression, pipeline sourced and influenced, and the learnings that shape next quarter.

  • Build repeatable campaign templates and playbooks so the program scales as the team grows.

What you'll bring
  • 5+ years in B2B demand generation or ABM with direct ownership of multi-channel campaigns tied to pipeline goals.

  • Hands-on experience in a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo or similar) and a CRM (Salesforce or similar), including segmentation and workflow design.

  • Experience running ABM alongside Sales; you know how to earn SDR and AE adoption and keep a joint cadence alive.

  • Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks or similar) and web personalization tools.

  • Strong project management; you keep many moving parts on schedule and communicate status without being chased.

  • Comfort reading campaign and pipeline data and changing plans because of it.

Must have
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise buying committees.

  • Copywriting ability for email and landing pages.

  • Experience running campaigns across regions with EMEA counterparts.
