Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a contract Digital Trafficking Specialist in Burbank, CA to manage end-to-end creative trafficking and cross-channel specifications. You will drive operational excellence and ensure seamless, high-impact campaign launches across top digital platforms.

Responsibilities include centralizing asset management across programmatic, social, and OTT, building workback schedules, and enforcing tagging conventions to optimize delivery and tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in creative trafficking or ad operations within an agency or enterprise environment.
• Advanced technical proficiency with ad serving tools such as CM360, Flashtalking, or Innovid across display, video, native, and social formats.
