Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $60 - 65 per hourWe are looking for a Sponsored Content Strategist (Contractor) to oversee sponsored content initiatives within our content marketing division. In this position, you will head the production of publisher-hosted and analyst-backed assets-such as custom research, articles, webinars, executive briefs, video content, infographics, and more-that generate brand visibility and drive prospective buyers into active marketing funnels. This function sits directly between internal stakeholders and external vendors. You will collaborate closely with analyst research organizations, survey firms, and industry publications, each operating under unique timelines, approval flows, and standards. Immediate familiarity with these operational dynamics is critical. Equally important, you will actively shape the narrative of the content rather than acting as a passive project coordinator. We want a strategist who grasps the underlying intent of every deliverable and provides high-value editorial direction to keep all assets aligned with our core messaging and goals.Responsibilities:Lead 1-2 flagship sponsored campaigns alongside 2-3 minor parallel initiatives from initial ideation through launch and syndication.Collaborate with research partners and analyst firms on co-created studies, bespoke surveys, and analyst-written collateral, refining survey methodologies and narratives so findings reinforce our strategy while maintaining independent credibility.Manage relationships with media and trade outlets, adhering to each vendor's unique editorial guidelines, sponsored content policies, and reader profiles.Actively refine content rather than simply routing files. Deliver high-impact editorial feedback on outlines, drafts, and creative concepts to ensure full alignment with positioning and strategic objectives.Repurpose standalone research investments into multi-asset content suites-converting single reports into articles, presentation decks, executive summaries, and visual guides to extract maximum value.Incorporate AI tools into daily workflows to condense complex data into compelling storylines, stress-test content appeal with target personas, ensure product differentiation stands out against competitor noise, and audit research claims for accuracy before release.Partner cross-functionally with PR, Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, and Campaign leads to integrate sponsored assets seamlessly into broader go-to-market efforts.Develop internal enablement toolkits for major research launches, crafting modular presentation decks that field and sales teams can tailor using industry-, regional-, and country-specific data points.Track and report the strategic footprint of key research projects, consolidating cross-channel data to deliver comprehensive evaluations of ROI, asset performance, and performance against baseline metrics.Expand top-of-funnel reach and brand recognition that demand-generation teams can convert into deeper prospect engagement.Uphold clear language, strict factual accuracy, and high editorial quality across all materials produced for a broad global audience.Qualifications:Top 3 Must Haves:5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial strategy, or branded/sponsored content creation.Hands-on background partnering with analyst agencies and research vendors on custom surveys and commissioned studies.Proven experience directing media vendor relationships and trade publication partnerships (including co-branded webinars and sponsored media packages).Soft Skills:Exceptional editorial instinct and structural editing skills (actively guiding narrative direction rather than managing logistics).Proven ability to build consensus and collaborate across distributed global functions (PMM, PR, AR, and Campaign operations).Strong organizational agility, with the ability to balance multiple competing workstreams and distinct approval timelines.High-level communication skills tailored for developing internal enablement resources (sales slide decks and localized storytelling).JOBID: 102026-163903#LI-CELLA#LI-SS1Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status. At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
