Job summary

Cella in Los Angeles is seeking a consultative AI Post Producer to own end-to-end production workflows for high-volume AI-generated imagery across multi-channel campaigns. You will bridge creative directors, art directors, and GenAI artists, establishing protocols, briefs, and quality-controls, while managing capacity with internal and freelance teams in Airtable dashboards.

This contract role demands strong organization, proactive risk mitigation, and relentless pursuit of brand-aligned visuals

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of creative operations, production management, or post-production in a top-tier agency, post facility, or in-house brand studio.
• Experience managing high-volume digital image pipelines and familiarity with GenAI workflows and tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ComfyUI).
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise production tracking systems (e.g., Airtable) to build real-time dashboards and track schedules.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end production schedules, briefs, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery across concurrent campaigns.
• Establish standard protocols, briefs, and quality-control checkpoints for AI-generated assets.
• Direct daily workload and capacity planning for internal and freelance GenAI artists to scale production capacity.
• Facilitate review loops between art directors, designers, and post-production leadership to improve quality and speed.
