Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Business UAT Analyst to champion testing for Chase Card campaign materials across channels. You will develop test scenarios, plans, and cases, collaborating with Card Marketing, Channel Execution, and Legal/Compliance to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end campaign testing across emails, mailers, microsites.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience with campaign processes and multi-channel communications.
• Hands-on in automated test suites and both waterfall & Agile SDLC.
• Knowledge of JIRA data extraction for process efficiencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Interact with campaign management, project management and development teams to understand project and testing objectives.
• Develop and lead test strategy and generate scripts for manual and automated testing cycles.
• Review campaign requirements, specifications, docs to assure quality of test suites.
• Collaborate with business and technology leads to determine acceptable test results and performance.
• Ensure version control and configuration management of test objects and environments.
• Create and maintain job aids and procedures for testing standards.
• Support production deployment of campaigns and perform validation testing during off-hours/weekend windows.
• Identify process gaps and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
