Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Delivery Associate in the Card Installments UAT team to execute testing across initiatives, define scope from requirements, run test cases, manage defects, and report status to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will collaborate with product owners, developers, analysts, and distributed teams, support automation efforts, and help ensure releases meet business requirements and quality standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years of QA or UAT experience with hands-on test execution and defect management.
• Experience designing functional and regression test plans and test scripts.
• Experience using bug/defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM/QC).
• Experience following defined testing processes and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for status updates.

Responsibilities

• Support testing planning and execution across complex programs and agile teams.
• Review requirements to define test scope and coverage.
• Create, maintain, and execute functional and regression test cases and scripts.
• Document defects with steps and evidence; participate in triage and prioritization.
• Track test execution, defects, and risks; report to stakeholders regularly.
• Coordinate testing activities with product owners, developers, analysts, and distributed teams.
• Identify dependencies and contribute to test optimization plans.
• Support automation efforts by identifying repeatable test scenarios.
