Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business User Acceptance Testing Lead to own testing strategy and execution across web and mobile experiences within the Travel Product team. You will partner with product and engineering to deliver high-quality releases, design practical test approaches, and drive issues to resolution through release and post-production validation.

You will lead end-to-end UAT plans, write executable test scripts from business use cases, coordinate test data, and support Agile delivery cycles

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years total experience including 3+ in QA
Bachelor's degree required
Testing web and mobile apps (Android/iOS)
Experience with Selenium, Java, Cucumber
Ability to lead multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
Experience with Jira/Confluence
Proven cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to align testing scope and release readiness
Create and execute end-to-end UAT plans for web and mobile experiences
Design business use cases and translate them into executable test scripts
Coordinate test data setup and conditioning to support reliable execution
Execute testing in an Agile delivery environment and support iterative delivery cycles
Identify, document, and communicate defects and risks, driving them to closure with clear ownership and follow-through
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Provide structured status updates, highlighting progress, dependencies, and decisions needed
