Job summary

Bank of America’s Targeting and List Production (TLP) team seeks Campaign Planners to support pre-campaign targeting analytics for demand generation. You will interface with Marketing, Data Science, Database, and Compliance partners to identify audiences and capture strategic data sources.

As SME for product eligibility, you will learn about campaigns across channels and contribute to the design of experiments, data sourcing, and compliant data usage.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of relational database structures and principles.
• Experience using Python, SAS, SQL, UNICA, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
• Ability to build and interpret BRD and translate requirements into targeting specifications.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Capture strategic ideas and identify data sources for targeting.
• Convert specifications into code and run pre-sizing analytics.
• Serve as SME for product eligibility parameters and data usage compliance.
• Collaborate with channels including email, direct mail, web, mobile, and call centers.
• Manage data extraction, DOE design, and offline/online channel planning.
