EAB is seeking a Project Specialist, Adult Learner Recruitment, to coordinate day-to-day marketing campaigns and manage cross-functional workflows in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C. You will track requirements, schedules, and risks to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in project coordination, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and project tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in project management or similar.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project-management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day project coordination for marketing campaigns, kickoff through delivery.
• Maintain campaign records and workflow systems as sources of truth for status and decisions.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, reviews, and checkpoints using established processes.
• Monitor timelines and dependencies, follow up with stakeholders to keep work progressing.
• Identify missing inputs, conflicting directions, risks, or changes and escalate when appropriate.
• Communicate campaign status and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
