Job summary

Waystar in Atlanta seeks a detail‑oriented marketing professional to support campaign execution, data integrity, and growth initiatives across multiple teams. You will pull and clean data, manage timelines, coordinate emails and events, and collaborate closely with campaign managers to optimize performance in a fast‑paced environment.

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 2+ years of marketing project management experience are required, along with strong written and verbal

• 2+ years of marketing project management experience across fast-moving initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the overall marketing strategy, including prospecting, lead generation, lead nurturing, retention and cross-sell campaigns.
• Coordinate and align with Performance Marketing leadership on project priorities and objectives.
• Support lead generation by organizing inbound leads across sources.
• Assist with all marketing email campaigns: list pulls, creation, and scheduling.
