Job summary

Waystar, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution of campaigns and initiatives, maintain data integrity, and optimize performance across multiple teams. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with campaign managers, manage lead generation efforts, and assist with email programs, webinars, and marketing technology

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the Marketing funnel and customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to drive growth.
  • Coordinate lead generation and nurture activities across sources.
  • Create and manage email campaigns; pull lists and schedule sends.
  • Build Marketo programs and Salesforce campaigns.
  • Assist with webinar setup and post-event follow-up.
  • Analyze campaign results and maintain data hygiene.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of campaigns and initiatives, maintaining the integrity of our data, and identifying areas for optimization. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, dynamic team player who will help drive growth by supporting cutting‑edge marketing strategies. The right person is a self‑starter who can toggle between multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast‑paced environment, and is able to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and focused on contributing to our goals. You will regularly support projects spanning multiple Marketing teams, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary. This person must be able to work independently to complete tasks that contribute to campaign execution, meet deadlines, pull and clean data, and manage their time efficiently, while also collaborating closely with campaign managers to support performance optimization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support the execution of the overall marketing strategy focused on prospecting, lead generation, lead nurturing, retention and client cross‑sell campaigns to drive growth
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing leadership to align on project and campaign priorities and objectives to carry out effective and efficient execution of campaigns and meet inbound lead goals
  • Support lead generation initiatives by coordinating and managing the organization of inbound leads across multiple sources
  • Support all marketing email campaigns; list pulls, creation, and scheduling of email programs
  • Create Marketo programs and Salesforce campaigns
  • Support and oversee webinar preparation and execution, including setup of webinars, coordination, moderation, tracking of registrations, and post‑webinar engagement outreach efforts
  • Ensure the accuracy of all campaigns by supporting a robust proofing, testing, and QA process
  • Collaborate effectively across teams
  • Gather and analyze campaign results, including email campaign results, landing page testing results, webinar results, and more
  • Assist with and support database and program hygiene
  • Assist with implementation and setup of new marketing technology
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing project management experience, including a track record of effectively delivering projects in a fast‑moving environment
  • Strong communication abilities; written and verbal
  • Ability to take the initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem‑prevention and problem‑solving skills, the ability to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of the Marketing funnel + customer journey
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams from concept to project conclusion
