Job summary

Influential, a leading social media/influencer agency, is seeking an Account Manager to oversee influencer campaigns from kickoff to delivery. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources and cross-functional alignment to ensure campaigns meet scope and schedule.

You will coordinate with Creator Management, Creative, Strategy, and Finance while maintaining documentation and platforms. The right candidate navigates fast-paced agency life, handles high volume, and keeps trackers impeccably

Qualifications

• Strong project management background; comfortable managing multiple concurrent workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Creative, Strategy and Finance.
• Ability to own budgets, timelines and SLA adherence in a fast-paced agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains campaign timelines and trackers using approved templates.
• Owns Monday.com dashboards and ensures accuracy with cross-functional teams.
• Owns Salesforce inputs and keeps the system up to date at all times.
• Oversees budget tracking and ensures accurate billing and spend.
• Assigns resources across disciplines per campaign.
• Facilitates SOW and Change Order workflows in Ironclad.
• Ensures deliverables align with SLA timelines.
• Coordinates with Finance on POs and related items for billing.
• Provides regular reporting to Division Lead and Operations.
