City Year in Boston seeks a Director, Campaign Operations to translate campaign goals into coordinated action, owning the campaign management system, governance, rhythms, and reporting. The role requires exceptional organizational leadership, strong analytics, and the ability to inspire action through clarity and accountability.

This is a Boston-based position and required to be in the office 3 times a week, reporting to the SVP, Growth & Revenue.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8–12 years of progressive campaign management, fundraising operations, or related experience
• Experience supporting complex fundraising campaigns or large-scale initiatives
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and performance management skills
• Experience with constituent relationship management systems and dashboards

Responsabilidades

• The Director leads the campaign’s operating system with governance, cadence, and accountability across major workstreams.
• Manages dashboards, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Partners with Development and campaign leadership to maintain forecasts and pipeline visibility.
• Translates data into practical insights and leadership-ready reporting for planning and decision-making.
• Develops engagement plans and templates to improve campaign execution and efficiency.
