Job summary

TikTok Shop in the United States is seeking a Project Intern to contribute to impactful short-term campaigns for iconic brands. You’ll join the US operation team to support day-to-day campaign execution, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

This internship offers exposure to data analysis, trend research, and branding support, with health insurance and paid holidays. Housing assistance may be available for non-remote interns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in communications/marketing/e-commerce-related field.
• Full-time intern who can work more than 4 months is a plus (5 days a week).
• Familiarity with the latest trends and social media influencers.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Ability to manage expectations and collaborate under tight time constraints.
• Independent and self-motivated with end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to new and ambiguous projects.
• Eager to learn skills across a variety of marketing specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operational needs of the campaign and marketing team, including developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate across stakeholders with internal account managers, user research, creator manager, and cross-functional teams for campaign creation and optimization.
• Assist in communication with KOLs, social media, and other digital channels to develop online brand reputation and awareness.
• Conduct data analysis on campaign performance and offer ongoing recommendations for optimization and partnerships.
• Research market trends and culture, leveraging social media, e-commerce, and industry developments to improve campaigns.
• Assist in branding execution and marketing plans to support overall product development.
