Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective sellers aligned with TikTok Shop priorities.
• Conduct seller outreach via email, phone and other channels to explain TikTok Shop value.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, track engagement and updates.
• Support onboarding: account registration, product listing, and cross‑team coordination.
• Develop seller relationships, understand business needs, and resolve onboarding challenges.
• Assist e‑commerce campaign planning and execution, including recruitment and tracking.
