Cengage is seeking a Director of Campaign Operations to lead vision, strategy, and execution of marketing programs, maturing our campaign operations ecosystem for scalable growth.

Reporting to VP Marketing Operations, you will build a modern production model balancing rigor with flexibility, guide a team, and partner across Marketing, Revenue, and IT to drive personalization at scale.

• 10+ years in marketing operations or campaign production.
• Experience building scalable campaign platforms.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of marketing automation and data governance.

• Define enterprise campaign operations strategy and operating model.
• Build a production model with internal teams, self-service, and external partners.
• Establish planning standards, workflows, and reusable campaign components.
