Job summary

Dentsu International Americas, LLC's Detroit office is seeking an operations professional to support the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, and to coordinate campaigns with internal and external partners.

You will handle campaign timelines, budget maintenance, reporting templates, and client audits, ensuring high quality and smooth transitions while collaborating with the Carat brand team.

Responsibilities

• Supports campaign timelines and delivers operational support to ensure materials meet client specifications and quality.
• Engages and maintains relationships across Media Operations and partners across all Media brands.
• Implements continuous improvement to make client and campaign delivery more efficient.
• Ensures client transitions from onboarding through offboarding are properly supported.
• Provides operational support for client contract setup and system maintenance.
• Maintains budget details and references such as MPAs and budget tracking.
• Generates client reports and supports audits with templates and standards.
• Provides additional operational support as needed.
