Dentsu B2B in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to help manage campaign activity and client interactions across multiple accounts. You will learn from senior teams, support planning, reporting, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines by coordinating with media partners and internal experts.

The role emphasizes learning, strong organisation, and hands-on involvement in campaign pacing, optimization, and client communications while you grow your account management skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with coordinating campaigns and client communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support process across the account, from status meetings to RTBs, planning and reporting.
• Capturing of actions from calls and meetings to ensure clarity on owners and deadlines.
• Maintain account files and documentation.
• Coordinate with media partners and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with campaign pacing, reporting and optimisation as needed.
• Support AMs and ADs in finance booking and reconciliation where required, including updating PO trackers etc.
