Qualifikationen

• 6-8 years experience in marketing operations, integrated campaigns, project management, production or a related field.
• Strong budget management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines across teams and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex work for an executive audience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships across internal teams, agencies, and external vendors.
• Quick thinking and adaptable — able to pivot priorities as campaigns, deadlines, or budgets shift.

Aufgaben

• Own production budgets, PO submission, and cost trackers.
• Oversee ad trafficking across linear, digital, OLV, and CTV.
• Coordinate asset handoffs with media agency and ensure specs and timing.
• Lead monthly production budget calls with the production team.
• Own Opensense email banner program and quarterly reporting.
• Spearhead executive communications and cross-functional partnerships.
