Job summary

WebMD in Newark seeks a motivated candidate to provide exemplary post-campaign service, monitor programs, and ensure contractual obligations are met. You will analyze campaign performance data and prepare delivery summaries with Inventory and Ad Ops teams to drive campaign success.

Strong Excel and communication skills are essential as you support Sales and Management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1–2 years of work experience.
Strong desire to learn digital media.
Robust math skills and data analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Capable of handling multiple campaigns in fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

Provide exemplary service post campaign launch to meet contractual obligations.
Complete campaign performance spreadsheets, analyzing data from our ad server, and 3rd party reports.
Prepare delivery summaries with Inventory and Ad Ops teams to drive campaign success and escalate issues.
Manage billing for accounts, working with Delivery Ops to examine discrepancies.
Support Sales Planners, Sr. Sales Planners, Supervisors, and Managers as needed.
