Job summary

Informa TechTarget is seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to drive inbound/outbound campaigns for Industry Dive brands from our Newton office. You will manage email marketing, HTML design, and deployment while collaborating with sales, editorial, and project management teams to optimize outcomes.

You will leverage analytics to meet targets, contribute to social media efforts, and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, PR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Solid understanding of the B2B marketing environment.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with copywriting and creative writing.
• Familiarity with HTML and experience in email marketing, including setup and deployment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing concepts and their application in marketing strategies.
• Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for marketing outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to achieve webcast, content syndication, and survey objectives.
• Manage outbound email marketing campaigns with copywriting, HTML design, deployment strategies, QA, and tracking.
• Contribute to inbound social media marketing on brand LinkedIn and Twitter pages.
• Collaborate daily with sales, editorial, and project management teams to optimize campaigns.
• Use analytics and measurement tools to meet KPIs and business outcomes.
• Analyze industry trends and competitive data to improve demand generation programs.
• Maintain accurate campaign reporting and tracking in the PM platform.
• Participate in Informa-led communities and team-building initiatives.
