Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a fundraising professional to develop relationships with volunteers and drive peer-to-peer fundraising within a designated market area.

You will implement innovative fundraising products, collaborate with campaign leaders, and help exceed revenue goals while advancing the organization’s mission to enable patients with blood cancer to gain more life by 2040.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills.
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue goals.
• Build strategic campaign plans and track progress.
• Develop sponsorship pipeline with corporate partners.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams.
• Organize donor cultivation events and stewardship activities.
