Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
• Solid understanding of campaign success metrics and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Education, Services and Health Research to communicate the mission, programs, resources and priorities.
• Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events and recruit high-impact donors for national stewardship.
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop and execute strategic plan for peer-to-peer fundraising products, including revenue, budget, goals and timelines.
• Recruit fundraising volunteers and build volunteer committees.
