Blood Cancer United is a mission-centric nonprofit delivering national impact through local fundraising programs. The role focuses on building relationships with fundraising volunteers and implementing innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals in a designated market area.

You'll collaborate with the Campaign Development Director and regional teams to plan, track, and revise activity, recruit high-level volunteers, and cultivate corporate partners to sustain Blood

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to supervise and lead a group of volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Relationship Building: drive peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue goals.
• Implement campaign standards across events to achieve annual budgets.
• Maintain KPI view to drive activity and stay on target and timeline.
• Build strategic plans with Campaign Development Director and track progress.
• Develop sponsor pipeline by pursuing corporate partners and closing deals.
• Collaborate with local region team and national shared service partners.
