Job summary

Blood Cancer United is a mission-driven organization focused on curing blood cancers through local and national efforts. The role builds relationships with fundraising volunteers and implements peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals in a designated market area.

Responsibilities include mission integration, campaign planning, and collaboration with regional teams to drive fundraising success while recruiting high-level volunteers and developing new partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Strong relationship building and donor cultivation skills.
• Proven ability to plan campaigns, forecast KPIs and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Education, Services and Health Research to communicate the mission and priorities.
• Organize local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors for national stewardship.
• Drive peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue goals and contribute to strategic planning.
• Recruit and cultivate fundraising volunteers for campaigns and partnerships.
