Job summary

Blood Cancer United is seeking a fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and drive peer‑to‑peer fundraising programs in a designated market area. You will organize mission‑centered donor events, recruit high‑level volunteers, and collaborate with Education, Services and Health Research to advance the mission and exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a directly relevant role.
• Experience in fundraising and donor relations.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Education, Services and Health Research to communicate the mission, programs and priorities.
• Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors for national stewardship activities.
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue goals and provide input into the strategic plan for fundraising products.
• Execute the annual strategic plan and revise it to ensure revenue goals are exceeded.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraisers, identifying and engaging donors.
