Job summary

Blood Cancer United in Texas seeks a Campaign Fundraising Manager for Visionaries of the Year in Tarrant County to cultivate relationships with fundraising volunteers and drive peer-to-peer campaigns to exceed revenue goals.

You will collaborate with the Campaign Development Director, secure sponsorships, coordinate local donor events, and advance the organization’s mission to enable patients with blood cancer to gain more than a million years of life by 2040.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in a directly relatable role.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue targets.
• Implement campaign standards across event portfolio to meet budgets.
• Maintain KPI view and use data to drive activity and timelines.
• Partner with Campaign Development Director and Director of Campaign Excellence to build strategic plans and revisions.
• Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline by securing corporate partners and closing revenue deals.
• Collaborate with local region team and national shared service partners.
