Job summary

Blood Cancer United seeks a Campaign Fundraising Manager for the Student Visionaries of the Year program in Houston. You will build relationships with volunteers, drive peer-to-peer fundraising, and coordinate local donor events to surpass revenue goals across the designated market area.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in a related role, you’ll partner with education, services, and health research teams and collaborate with national partners to advance the mission of enabling patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 - 6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Education, Services and Health Research department to communicate Blood Cancer United's mission, programs, resources, and priorities.
• Organize mission-centered, local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors for national stewardship activities.
• Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue goals.
• Provide input into a strategic plan for the peer-to-peer fundraising products, including revenue, budget, goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with local relationship team and national shared service partners throughout Blood Cancer United.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees to support fundraising efforts.
• Identify and network with constituents and key donors to support fundraising products.
• Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through research and outreach.
