Blood Cancer United is seeking a Campaign Fundraising Manager for the Seattle market to lead peer-to-peer fundraising and volunteer recruitment, driving revenue growth for cancer cure initiatives.

You will collaborate with Education, Services and Health Research teams to communicate mission goals, cultivate donors, and expand community partnerships while managing multiple campaigns and events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with donors and volunteers.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with fundraising volunteers and implement peer-to-peer fundraising programs.
• Drive peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with local and national teams to achieve fundraising targets.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and partners.
