Job summary

Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach, FL seeks a Campaign Coordinator to support our development team. This full-time, salaried role reports to the Chief Development Officer and coordinates campaign activities, meetings, and events while serving as a primary contact for leadership and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Excellent confidentiality and ethics.
• Direct experience in professional fundraising.
• Independent judgment and initiative; ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Tessitura.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, meetings, training, cultivation events, solicitations and related events for the campaign.
• Record gifts, acknowledgments, and donor receipts within 48 hours.
• Communicate with Riverside Theatre Board members, leaders, and volunteers to support their needs.
• Develop research profiles for campaign prospects.
• Collaborate with communications to create newsletters and materials for campaign constituencies.
• Represent Riverside Theatre to external stakeholders in cultivation and solicitation opportunities.
• Assist in writing and packaging proposals for gifts from major constituents.
• Coordinate prospect information and follow-up with staff and solicitors.
• Serve as on-site logistics coordinator for campaign events; some local travel involved.
