Job summary

Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL) is seeking an Advancement Coordinator for a full-time role in Riviera Beach, FL. You will support fundraising initiatives, donor communications, and events, coordinating acknowledgments and campaigns to advance CPSFL’s mission.

The role coordinates with donors, clients, and volunteers, maintains the donor database, and produces fundraising reports. A Bachelor’s degree and flexibility for evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• General knowledge of fundraising and marketing.
• Prior experience with a database and donor communications is preferred.
• Valid Florida driver license and access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor acknowledgement, communications, and annual fund campaigns.
• Maintain the donor database and assist with donor events.
• Perform administrative duties related to fundraising, marketing, and public relations.
• Produce fundraising reports and updates.
