Deluxe Corporation is hiring for a Data Billing Specialist to create, track, and manage the billings of a fast-growing data segment. You will support financial and operational teams by tracking campaign details in a Salesforce-based system, creating client billings, and processing vendor expenses.

You will work with client teams to track products, volumes, prices, costs, and dates, ensuring accurate billings and alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business or Accounting with 2 years experience or HS/GED with 6 years experience in accounting.
• Experience in financial reporting and accounting; Salesforce CRM system; project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this job is to create, track, and manage the billings of a fast-growing company in the Data segment. This position supports the Data-Driven Marketing financial and operational teams through the financial tracking of campaigns throughout the order life cycle. The role responsibilities include working with client teams to track and maintain key campaign details in our Salesforce-based system. The role is also responsible for creating client billings and processing vendor expenses.

Job Functions Work with client teams to track and maintain key details of marketing campaigns including products, volumes, prices, costs, and dates. Create and manage client billings for all executed programs according to Deluxe and/or client requirements Ensure all campaign vendor expenses are properly assigned to campaigns and processed for submission to the Accounts Payable team Update campaign forecasts as needed, and report program changes that impact revenue and expenses

Basic Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelors in Business or Accounting and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years experience in accounting. Experience in financial reporting and accounting, Salesforce CRM system, project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience:

• + 3 years billing/invoice processing.
• + 2 years project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
