Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to drive client-facing, revenue-generating marketing solutions from pre-production to deployment. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Required 2–3 years in direct marketing project management, with strong communication and proficiency in Outlook/Teams. Base compensation ranges are provided, with eligibility for commission based on performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans and timelines for marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor progress, coordinate resources, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Lead risk assessment, issue resolution, and escalation when needed.
  • Forecast project revenue and manage billable hours and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

The Marketing Campaign Manager is Responsible for the successful execution of client facing, revenue-generating professional service engagements involving the delivery of Deluxe Data solutions in various stages in their maturity spanning from pre-production-ready to fully deployed. There are frequently requirements for the modification of these marketing solutions by extended members of the project team, and this individual is responsible for facilitating those activities in line with project execution for the client. Accordingly, this role is accountable for ensuring the highest quality client delivery with emphasis on meeting project deadlines and goals, while staying within project budgets.

Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plan/timeline that sets deadlines and assigns responsibilities for the entire marketing campaign. Monitors project progress; coordinates project resources and activities for all internal project team resources, vendors or third-party partners, and clients from initiation to completion. Prepares and delivers project status reports for internal and external stakeholders and from operations to top level executives. Manages projects varying in scope from 2-10 hours per week and managing multiple marketing campaign projects at any given time.

Reviews all executed sales order documents (e.g. SOW, Order Agreements, etc.) on assigned projects to understand project scope, deliverables, and resources required to effectively deliver the solution. Participate in transition discussions from Sales to Service Delivery to verify understanding and clarify any outstanding questions accurately and efficiently from the start of the project. Lead and contribute to organizational continuous improvement through documented initiatives and lessons learned from projects.

Identifies and manages potential risks to the success of the project by assessing their likelihood of occurrence and potential impact and establishing a mitigation plan. Resolves project issues by clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Thoughtfully considers the proper level of engagement necessary for the escalation of issues that ensures the most timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.

Provides accurate forecasting for project revenue and billable service hours. Ensure optimal resource utilization by managing and updating project and resource schedules. Release resources as soon as practical so they may be maximized against other billable activities.

Basic:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, project management or marketing
  • 2-3 years experience managing direct marketing projects
Preferred:
  • Project Management Skills

  • Direct Mail Marketing Experience managing programs for external clients

Additional Basic Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $80,000.00

  • $85,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
