Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Billing & Data Specialist to create, track, and manage the billings for our fast-growing Data segment. You will collaborate with client teams to track campaign details in our Salesforce-based system, generate client billings, and process vendor expenses while supporting financial tracking across the order life cycle.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business or Accounting (or equivalent HS/GED with extensive accounting experience) and 2+ years of accounting,

Qualifications

• Education and experience as listed: Bachelor’s in Business or Accounting or equivalent with 2 years exp, or HS/GED with 6 years in accounting.
• Experience in financial reporting and accounting; Salesforce CRM system; project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage client billings for all campaigns.
• Maintain key campaign details (products, volumes, prices, costs, dates).
• Create client billings and process vendor expenses.
• Update campaign forecasts and report changes affecting revenue/expenses.
