Deluxe, based in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage marketing campaign metrics and client billings. You will track products, volumes, prices, costs, and dates, while ensuring expenses are allocated to campaigns for AP processing.

A strong background in accounting and finance, plus Salesforce, will help you succeed. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business or Accounting (or HS/GED with extensive experience), and 2+ years in accounting or billing, with

• Bachelor's in Business or Accounting, 2 years experience or HS/GED with 6 years experience in accounting.
• Experience in financial reporting and accounting, Salesforce CRM system, project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain key details of marketing campaigns including products, volumes, prices, costs, and dates.
• Create and manage client billings for all executed programs according to Deluxe and/or client requirements.
• Ensure all campaign vendor expenses are properly assigned to campaigns and processed for submission to the Accounts Payable team.
