Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in program or project management and experience with Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, direct mail, and paid digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of Program or Project Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies.
• At least 2 years of Relationship management experience.
• At least 1 year of Direct Mail end‑to‑end management experience.
• At least 1 year of Paid Digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute complex, multi‑workstream digital and print marketing project plans from initial brief through to final deployment, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and issues; develop mitigation strategies and escalate blockers when timelines are at risk.
• Partner with project customers and internal teams to provide tactical direction and strategic thought partnership.
• Forge relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders; manage expectations and influence outcomes.
• Organize and maintain artifacts in campaign folders for audit and ensure approvals from stakeholders.
