Right Hook Digital is seeking a highly organized Campaign Coordinator to drive delivery across multi-channel campaigns. You’ll work at the intersection of clients and internal strategists, ensuring campaigns are planned, organized, and executed on time.

You’ll partner with multi-channel strategists, media buyers, creatives, and copywriters, engaging directly with clients. If you’re highly organized and detail-oriented, this is the role for you.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns and deadlines.

• Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery from brief to launch.
• Facilitate team huddles and ensure timelines are met.
• Serve as the primary information hub for client requests.
• Manage campaign calendars, approvals, and workflows across channels.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks before they slow progress.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Strive to elevate campaign delivery standards consistently.
