Right Hook Digital is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to translate customer insights, performance data and direct-response principles into creative that drives growth for DTC/eCommerce brands. You’ll own the ad creative across a portfolio of U.S.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in performance creative strategy.
• Strong experience developing and testing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid social creative.
• Proven track record of direct-response creative that improves performance.
• Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused messaging.
• Strong creative judgment across UGC, video and static ads.
• Excellent copywriting and messaging instincts.
• Confidence working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

• Analyze creative performance to identify winning concepts and opportunities.
• Develop performance-driven creative concepts across formats (UGC, video, static, carousel).
• Apply customer psychology and direct-response principles to drive results.
• Collaborate with Growth Strategists and Media Buyers to align with commercial objectives.
• Maintain high standards of creative quality and provide actionable feedback.
• Guide and coach Visual Designers on performance-driven execution.
• Work directly with clients on strategy calls, content planning and shoots.
• Contribute to creative frameworks and processes for ideation, brief, test, and learn.
