Job summary

Amplifi Solutions, the commercial innovation arm for dentsu, is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end campaign activation in New York. You will monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure QA and timely delivery while fostering collaboration across teams.

You will own campaign activation, work with Directors on RFPs, test emerging tech, and maintain processes across digital and programmatic channels. Strong analytical thinking and experience with digital media are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years in programmatic/digital media.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to eloquently speak to digital channels.
• Proficient with DSPs, ad servers, DMPs, analytics & dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activation operations and campaign excellence.
• Own activation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Articulate optimizations and results in reporting commentary and client calls.
