Job summary

The Navigators seeks a part-time Retail Operations Coordinator to oversee Eagle Lake Camp’s onsite and online store experiences, aligning with our mission and values. The role focuses on merchandise management, pricing, inventory, and vendor relations to sustain ministry work.

Strong organizational skills, POS system experience, and ability to lead seasonal staff during peak season are essential. Housing is provided during summer living at Eagle Lake Camp.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or college coursework/equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in retail management, merchandising or inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all in-person camp store locations plus the online store.
• Manage end-to-end inventory: purchasing, receiving, stocking, and reconciliation.
• Build seasonal purchasing plans and vendor relationships; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Set pricing and margin targets; drive marketing efforts to promote store merchandise.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with program/marketing teams on custom items.
