Job summary

The Navigators is seeking an Eagle Lake Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvements at Eagle Lake Camp in Woodland Park, CO. This role requires living on-site year-round and coordinating with camp leadership to support guest groups and summer staffing.

You will oversee capital projects, asset stewardship, and budget management while building a culture of ownership and safety.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facilities, construction, operations, or project management leadership experience.
• Experience leading capital construction or renovation projects.
• Experience managing budgets and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of major capital construction and infrastructure initiatives; manage budgets and timelines.
• Develop and lead the Facilities team, coaching direct reports and driving accountability.
• Oversee maintenance for buildings, grounds, utilities, and roads; ensure safety and reliability.
