Northgate Resorts owns and manages a portfolio of award-winning Camp-Resorts across the nation. The Campground Attendant role focuses on keeping guest sites clean and welcoming, and may include park maintenance support.

The position is full-time or part-time and reports to the Facilities Manager. It emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and a friendly, proactive approach to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Maintain a positive work environment with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Timely trash pick-up around the park, operate trash compactor.
• Prepare sites and golf carts for guest arrivals (cleaning, wiping down, charging, etc.).
• Power wash various areas in the park (pool deck, café areas, etc.).
• Clean all pavilions, café common areas/eating spaces, and bathhouses.
• Clean all decks and patios, windows, and doors throughout the park.
• Assist as needed in maintaining the park’s landscaping, including watering plants.
• Clean all picnic tables and fire rings between use.
• Pick up all trash at the site.
• Assist guest relations as needed in delivering firewood to guests.
• Report maintenance issues in public areas.
