Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily maintenance, IT, and landscaping operations at our Oxford, Mississippi locations. The role manages a team, reports to the General Manager, and ensures compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising grounds and maintenance staff, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining utility systems. Strong leadership and hospitality experience are preferred for delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance and facilities management as an individual contributor required.
• Experience with filtration systems preferred.
• Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, and management preferred.
• Strong organizational, motivational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grounds landscaping, maintenance of parking areas, roads, and trash removal.
• Manage maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and work orders.
• Lead on-site project management and vendor coordination.
• Provide IT support like locating internet access points and security cameras.
• Schedule staff, ensure budget compliance, and participate in talent recruitment.
