Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep the Camp-Resort's facilities, structures, and utilities in top condition. This is a seasonal, full-time or part-time role reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

You will perform entry-level tasks in mechanical upkeep, basic carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical and plumbing with strict safety and guest-service standards in a busy park environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of consistent and professional work experience in a variety of trades.
• Trade certifications and licenses are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the Camp-Resort’s property, facilities, and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and plan/execute projects.
• Troubleshoot and perform entry-level duties in carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
