Topgolf in Ridgeland, Mississippi is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team ensuring top quality maintenance and operations. You will oversee team development, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management experience for a large or multi-unit venue.
• Certificate and two years of documentable HVAC or electrical journeyman-level experience.
• Knowledge of welding, soldering, building maintenance, construction, and mechanical/electrical repair.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsabilités

• Coach and develop the Facilities Team and Porters.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of equipment.
• Control department budgets and spending.
• Ensure all safety and environmental policies are maintained.
• Proactively address and resolve maintenance issues.
