Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the grounds, buildings, and equipment of the facility.
• Perform a variety of skilled technical duties and semi-skilled labor in the operation and maintenance of the facility.
• Knowledge in areas such as air conditioning/heating, electrical, kitchen, plumbing, and general maintenance.
