Job summary

Frost Valley YMCA seeks a Camp Registration & Store Manager to oversee registrations and the Frost Valley Camp Store. You’ll supervise staff, manage payments and records, and coordinate with finance on revenue and budgeting.

You will also direct inventory, vendor relations, and merchandising while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to organizational policies. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined work experience in registrations and retail management.
• Experience with reservation software (Camp Brain or equivalent) and POS/inventory tools (Square or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a proven ability to manage a team.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Camp Registration for all programs, including calls, emails, and mailings.
• Supervise a Guest Services Associate and interns; implement registration procedures and data entry.
• Direct Store operations: vendor relations, inventory purchasing, cash controls, merchandising strategy, and budget support.
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling as needed; ensure timely billing and revenue reconciliation.
• Represent Frost Valley YMCA at events and maintain professional standards across departments.
