Job summary

Frost Valley YMCA is seeking an East Valley Program Coordinator to directly implement and oversee year-round programs and the Farm Camp at the East Valley Ranch and 515 acre farm facility.

The role requires living on site with room and board provided, and may include paid overnight on-call duties when camp is in session. You will recruit, develop programs, train staff, and support operations year-round.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required or 3+ years supervisory experience in a resident camp/recreation setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Be a strong leader and able to work well with a team.
• Experience with children, teens, families and staff is preferred.
• Driver’s license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day Farm Camp operations and year-round programs in the East Valley.
• Maintain safety standards for campers and guests.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts and events.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll and coaching.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure strong program operations.
• Assist with program budget and inventory management.
