Job summary

YMCA Camp Greenville is seeking a Camp Store & Logistics Coordinator to oversee store operations, inventory, and camper mail within a dynamic camp community. You will support staff and campers, managing stock and coordinating office tasks as part of the Communications team.

The role emphasizes service, teamwork, and safety, with responsibilities spanning financial management, mail logistics, and store setup to ensure a welcoming shopping experience for all campers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with participants of all backgrounds.
• Must be 18 years old or older or graduated high school by June 2027.
• CPR/First Aid Certification or willing to obtain by June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Manages all products, staff, and campers in the camp store during operating hours and during restock and preparation times.
• Prepares and cleans store during all camp operations, ensuring the store is prepared at all times to welcome customers into an organized and aesthetically pleasing purchasing experience
• Keeps stock & inventory of all merchandise, restocking as needed, and notifying full-time communications team of any orders that need to be made in a continuous and timely manner.
