Job summary

Frost Valley YMCA in New York is seeking an East Valley Program Coordinator to implement and oversee the East Valley Year Round Programs and Farm Summer Camp. The role requires living on site at camp year round, with on-site room and board provided, and occasional on-call responsibilities.

You will manage program operations, design schedules, recruit staff, and collaborate across departments to ensure safe, engaging experiences for campers, families, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Farm Camp operations and year-round programs at the East Valley Ranch and 515 acre facility.
• Maintain high safety standards for campers and guests.
• Lead recruitment efforts to meet enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with program teams to manage a calendar of events and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, caregivers, and participants.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration (wellness, kitchen, facilities, agriculture, equestrian).
• Assist with program budgeting and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and accreditation standards.
• Assist with barn chores and seasonal duties as needed.
• Support leadership and participate in staff coaching and evaluation.
